Continuous, privacy-preserving monitoring is the lever that doesn't require solving the staffing shortage first.
Why Estonia
Estonia's digital-government infrastructure and e-residency ecosystem made it a natural base for a company whose entire value proposition rests on architecting privacy correctly from day one, inside the EU's own regulatory environment rather than adapting to it after the fact.
Why now
The EU AI Act's phased obligations are arriving on a fixed timeline, and the staffing pressure across eldercare, healthcare, and frontline work is not reversing on its own. An architecture that is privacy-preserving and audit-ready by default, not by retrofit, is a better foundation to build six products on than one that treats compliance as a later milestone.
